- KenTIP™ KC7410™ HPC provides high tool life and excellent hole quality in cast iron materials.
- HPC geometry provides excellent centering and very straight holes with its very distinct S-point geometry. With a corner chamfer and an additional rake angle correction chamfer along its four margin lands, this grade creates holes of the highest quality.
- KC7410 is a multilayer AlCr-based coating over fine-grain carbide. It is extraordinarily wear resistant in cast iron applications due to its high hot hardness.
- Use KC7410 HPC in gray cast iron applications, preferably with stable processes only.
